In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Operate the Toast POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, maintaining high quality and presentation. Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation zones. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and ensure all front-of-house areas are well-organized. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus. Experience with food preparation and sanitation practices is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent customer service.
