This position is a hands-on restaurant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, keeps the front area clean and organized, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Assist customers with ordering when needed Prepare drinks and simple desserts Pack and organize dine-in and takeout orders Call order numbers and hand food to customers Clean tables, counters, dining areas, and drink stations Keep the front of the restaurant clean and organized throughout the shift Refill utensils, napkins, sauces, cups, and other supplies Help with opening and closing cleaning duties Work together with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Responsible and punctual Clean and organized Willing to do cleaning as part of the job Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A good team player Able to stand and move around for most of the shift Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required. Schedule Part-time. Weekend and dinner availability is preferred. Please include your available days and hours when applying.
