Frontier Customer Team Member:
Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers, educating them on the benefits of our high-speed internet and bundled services. Engage with the community in a direct, customer-facing capacity to generate interest and secure new enrollments for our top-tier Frontier products. Present clear, compelling information about our service packages, helping customers make informed decisions that meet their connectivity needs. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through a variety of outreach methods, ensuring a steady flow of new business. Assist customers through the entire enrollment process, from initial query to contract completion, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience. Work collaboratively with Frontier Customer Service Associate team members to achieve collective enrollment goals and contribute to a high-energy, results-oriented environment. Frontier Customer Team Member:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. A strong desire to learn and grow, with a commitment to mastering new skills and information. Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and a strong sense of personal accountability. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. We value drive and potential above all else.
