You'll be the face of our brand, crafting delicious sandwiches, managing sales transactions, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders accurately, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones following food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety standards Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles within quick service or fast food restaurants preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering delicious sandwiches with enthusiasm!
