This is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where attention to detail, great service, and a passion for food come together. As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality desserts and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve menu items including crepes, waffles, ice cream, and more according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems accurately to process customer orders and handle transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing questions or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and customer spaces Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Upsell and promote featured items to enhance the customer experience Restock supplies and assist with general shop maintenance Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service Qualifications Prior experience in a food service, quick-service, or restaurant environment is required Ability to prepare food items consistently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Basic knowledge of food handling, prep, and safety regulations Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions Strong communication and multitasking skills Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
