JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for reliable and energetic Food Truck Crew Members to support our mobile food service operation. This position is part of a collaboration between Haidilao USA and a special food truck project. Team members will help prepare and serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload food, supplies, and equipment for daily operations. Prepare food according to company standards. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and work area. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties. Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one as required by state or local regulations. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
