Job Overview :

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher/seafood clerk to join our team. As a Butcher/seafood clerk at Jagalchi , you'll be responsible for preparing and cutting high-quality meats and seafood, ensuring exceptional presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities :

Expertly cut, trim, debone, and portion various meats and seafood. Advise customers on selections and cooking techniques for meat and seafood. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Monitor inventory, track waste, and order supplies as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter. Knowledge of proper handling and storage techniques for meat and seafood. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
