Responsibilities:

A Team Member is responsible for providing Bundt—Class Guest Service by: Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality Assisting guests with cake selections, customization, and special orders Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently Packaging cakes with precision and brand consistency Maintaining a clean, organized, joyful bakery environment Supporting bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and prepping Upholding brand standards to ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived

Requirements:

Outgoing personality with a pleasant, polite manner Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 10-20 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout shifts Minimum age requirement varies by location is 18+ Must be eligible to work in the United States Must agree to a background check To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients.
