About Us Solo Hot Pot is a modern individual hot pot restaurant focused on providing high-quality ingredients and exceptional customer service in a clean, welcoming environment. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant. Position Front of House Team Member (Server/Cashier) Employment Type Part-time (with opportunity for more hours) Evening and weekend availability preferred Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests with a friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately. Operate the POS system and process payments. Serve food and beverages promptly. Explain menu items and answer guest questions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Refill beverages, and table supplies. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent guest experiences. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one).
