What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member Lead customer engagement efforts by creating professional, positive, and memorable interactions. Represent TruConnect services and solutions with confidence while delivering exceptional customer support. Educate customers on available services, features, and enrollment options to help meet their needs. Support team members with daily operations, collaboration, and goal-focused activities.
