Responsibilities Prepare iced/blended boba drinks, smoothies, and sandwiches according to recipes and quality standards Take customer orders accurately in person and through the drive-thru Operate cash registers and process payments Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods Qualifications Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays What We Offer Starting 16.90 plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on food and drinks Ideal Candidate You are friendly, dependable, hardworking, and enjoy interacting with customers.
