We take pride in serving up the best BBQ in town, and we're looking for a Front of House Employee to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Job Description:

• As a Front of House Employee at The Firehouse Que & Brew, you'll be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where customer service is key.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take orders and provide recommendations when requested.
• Serve food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that tables are clean and set up for the next guest.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized front of house area.
• Assist in restocking and inventory management.
• Answer phone orders and questions.
• Serve Beer, Wine, Mocktails

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for food and a desire to create a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Ability to work unassisted while providing great costumer service.
• 21 or older with a passion for beer.
