Responsibilities Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter using Clover POS system. Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions with precision and professionalism. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift. Manage food service customer order flow, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Operate cash registers, process cash transactions, and handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly. Ability to multitask is a must. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of sanitation standards. Experience with POS systems. Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
