Responsibilities:

Be active in front counter operation. Oversee Front Counter activities and personnel. Maintain a clean and attractive sanitation standard in all work areas. Each taco is inspired by a region of Mexico known for a specific flavor profile - Cochinita Pibil of the Yucatan, Birria of Jalisco, Carnitas of Michoacan cooked in a Copper Cazo. We hand press our tortillas daily from fresh masa made from the corn sourced from a small farmer in Oaxaca, Mexico. Fresh salsas are made daily from fire roasted veggies and all of our proteins are cooked on a mesquite wood fire grill.
