Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including window cleaning, floor care, janitorial duties, and sanitation of common areas. Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, buffers, and chemical sprayers safely and efficiently. Handle chemicals responsibly by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, and disposal to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, or equipment to support cleaning operations. Maintain high standards of infection control and sanitation in all areas, adhering to health guidelines and protocols. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing concerns professionally. Support laundry services when required, ensuring proper handling of linens and uniforms with attention to hygiene standards. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, including janitorial or commercial cleaning roles. Knowledge of cleaning techniques such as window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and sanitation practices. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely while using personal protective equipment (PPE). Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on infection control and maintaining a hygienic environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service. Prior experience with custodial tasks or facility maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
