TEAM MEMBER

Greet customers and make them feel welcome by getting to know them. Provide first class service by developing enthusiastically loyal customers all of the time(that's just fancy for treat our customers well). Prepare all products according to company guidelines consistently, accurately, and efficiently. Clean and maintain the front and back of the store. Take orders and complete transactions according to cash handling procedures(that means you better not steal or we'll tell on you). Directs and delegates duties to team members efficiently to ensure fast and friendly service. The ability to resolve any customer issues that arise. That means turning their frown upside down. Able to motivate and build the respect of fellow team members. Follows all operations according to company policy so as to set a good example for other team members. No better way to lead than by example. Strong knowledge of cash handling and operational (recipes, closing & opening duties, etc.) procedures. If you can't follow directions, you've got bigger problems to worry about. Reports to upper management about team members that need additional coaching. Coaches and motivates team members to perform more efficiently. Possess 1 year or more of management or leadership experience in a professional setting Have unsurpassed communication skills Are not afraid to speak in front of groups Are able to coach and encourage team members to succeed by providing positive feedback Aren't afraid to correct and effectively communicate with team members not performing to standard
