AT&T Bilingual Team Member:

Meeting directly with prospective customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T wireless plans Learning about each customer's wireless needs and current service Presenting AT&T wireless plans, mobile services, device options, and available promotions Helping customers compare options and make informed service decisions Guiding new customers through enrollment and account setup Managing your own daily sales activity and working toward measurable goals Learning how territories are organized and how team performance is tracked Working alongside experienced team members to strengthen sales conversations and customer engagement Supporting newer team members as your product knowledge and experience develop Participating in an AT&T Bilingual Team Member team meetings, goal setting, and performance reviews Attend ongoing AT&T Bilingual Team Member training dedicated to AT&T wireless products, sales strategy, customer acquisition, leadership development, and team management Who Tends to Do Well Here?
