What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Assist customers with kayak and paddleboard rentals. Help guests get fitted with equipment and safely on the water. Deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store. Answer questions and recommend products and local experiences. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting location. Work as part of a supportive team to create unforgettable guest experiences. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Positive, dependable, and enthusiastic Friendly and enjoys interacting with people Comfortable working outdoors in a fun, active environment A team player with a strong work ethic Willing to learn and grow Punctual and reliable Able to lift approximately 50 pounds Available to work weekends and holidays (preferred) Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required .
