FOH Crew Member Job Responsibility The FOH Crew Member supports daily Front of House operations by providing excellent customer service and maintaining company operational standards. This position is responsible for serving guests, processing orders, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting both dining room and counter operations. The FOH Crew Member performs assigned duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and training while contributing to a positive guest experience and efficient restaurant operations. The key responsibilities are listed below; however, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. General Responsibilities Ø Maintain professional and effective communication with guests, team members, and management Ø Support a positive, team-oriented, and productive work environment Ø Embody company policies, procedures, and operational standards Server Responsibilities Ø Welcome and assist guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing attentive customer service Ø Accurately process guest orders and payments using company POS systems Ø Prepare and maintain workstations, supplies, and dining areas in accordance with company standards Ø Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout daily operations Ø Perform opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned Nigiri Responsibilities Ø Interact directly with guests at the counter by answering questions and providing menu guidance Ø Support food preparation and service activities in accordance with company standards and training Ø Follow food safety, quality control, and sanitation procedures when handling food products Ø Respond appropriately to guest requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy-related concerns Ø Follow management direction and adapt to changing operational needs Skills and Qualifications The FOH Crew Member candidate should have the following skills and qualifications to fulfill the role: Ø Prior experience in a food service or customer service environment preferred Ø Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ø Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems Ø Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Ø Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ø Food safety training Ø Ability to adapt to changing operational needs Ø Demonstrated professionalism and reliability Ø 4 days / week include weekend. Experience Requirements The FOH Crew Member typically needs 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry, whether it's as a Server, Bartender or Chef. This helps them understand how restaurants work and feel prepared for the unique challenges they may face. Education and Training Requirements There are no minimum educational requirements for the FOH Crew Member position. Certifications such as Food Handler, RBS, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
