Part-time, variable schedule | Tuesday-Sunday availability Blossom Farms is looking for a reliable, hardworking Farm & Farmers Market Crew Member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on hybrid position that combines flower farm work, harvesting and flower processing with Farmers Market setup and breakdown. You'll spend approximately two days each week primarily working at the flower farm, with additional shifts combining farm duties and preparing, loading, setting up, and breaking down our Farmers Market operations. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being physically active, working with flowers, and being part of a small, fast-moving local business. What You'll Do Flower Farm & Processing

• Harvest fresh cut flowers according to quality and maturity standards
• Process, condition, clean, and prepare flowers for market
• Sort and organize flowers and floral products
• Help maintain a clean and organized flower processing area
• Assist with general farm tasks as needed
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high heat
• Help with loading and transporting flowers, supplies, tables, tents, and market equipment Farmers Market Setup & Support
• Load and unload market vehicles
• Transport tables, tents, buckets, displays, flowers, bakery products, and other supplies
• Set up and break down Farmers Market booths and displays
• Arrange flowers and products for an attractive market presentation
• Assist with keeping the market area organized throughout the day
• Help pack up inventory and equipment at the end of the market
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy market days What We're Looking For
• Reliable transportation is required
• Able to work a variable schedule Tuesday through Sunday, including early mornings, weekends, and occasional longer market days
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Able to work in hot weather and direct sun
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive physical work, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving equipment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team member
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling flowers and preparing products for customers
• English communication skills required — we currently do not have translation services available
• Comfortable working around flowers, pollen, soil, and outdoor conditions Important Physical & Environmental Requirements This position is physically demanding.

You should be comfortable with:

• Working outdoors in high temperatures
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and loading
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Early morning work
• Working around pollen and flowering plants Because this position involves frequent exposure to flowers and pollen, it may not be suitable for individuals with significant flower or pollen allergies. Compensation & Opportunities $20
• 22 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
