The Wireless Team Member will connect with our customers in person, learn how they use their devices, and guide them toward AT&T options that keep their world moving. As a Wireless Team Member, you'll serve as the trusted resource for customers, helping them understand how AT&T's mobile solutions simplify communication, entertainment, and work. Your success will come from clear conversations, personalized recommendations, and the ability to connect customers with plans and devices that fit their lifestyle. Responsibilities of the Wireless Team Member Introduce customers in person to the latest AT&T smartphones, wireless devices, and data plans through personalized, solution-focused sales consultations. Assess customer usage patterns in person and recommend AT&T wireless plans, 5G services, and device options that best support their lifestyle and budget. Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase smartphone features, network performance, and wireless service benefits. Support customers throughout the sales, activation, and account enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Recommend wireless upgrades, premium data plans, connected devices, and accessories that improve the overall customer experience. Stay current on AT&T smartphone releases, wireless technologies, pricing, and promotional offers to deliver informed sales recommendations. Qualifications of the Wireless Team Member High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong interest in customer service, telecommunications, or sales is a plus. Clear communication skills to simplify AT&T wireless benefits. Sales‑driven mindset with motivation to exceed campaign goals. Sales communication ability to present AT&T smartphones and data plans clearly.
