The responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, working the register, deliver food with a sense of urgency, bus tables, and managing our To-Go and delivery orders. Prior food service experience is preferred. This is a part time position and we are looking for someone who is available Saturday and Sunday. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Assist with food preparation and food handling to support quick service operations in a fast-paced environment Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed, ensuring smooth restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast is a plus; training will be provided if needed Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving in the food industry is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Join us as a Front of House Team Member where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
