Duties Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every order Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, payment processing, and delivery Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly Support food safety management practices by following sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas and kitchen stations Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Prior food handling or food service experience demonstrates your ability to thrive in this role Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales records Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the restaurant or food industry Experience operating kitchen equipment safely is advantageous Customer service background that emphasizes positive interactions and problem-solving skills Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
