Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently. Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and handle cash register operations with precision. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning. Manage food service customer order management, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, and warming stations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and resolving any concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Prior experience in food handling, serving, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is advantageous.
