Responsibilities of the Team Member Engage customers in person to explain how accessible wireless options provide essential connectivity, keeping everyone easily connected. Personally help customers with smartphone setup and with selecting plans that strike the right balance between data and affordability for everyday use. Build confidence in person by emphasizing that dependable, low-cost wireless solutions make it simple and stress-free to stay in touch with loved ones. Assist customers in finding simple, affordable plans that meet their routine needs whether calling, texting, or browsing.
