As an AT&T Team Member, you will connect directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T Fiber products and services, recommend solutions based on their needs, and assist with the enrollment process. No previous experience is required—we provide the training and support you need to succeed from day one. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities Meet with customers to discuss their internet needs and introduce AT&T Fiber products and services. Educate customers on AT&T Fiber features, pricing, promotions, and available service options. Recommend internet solutions that best fit each customer's household or business needs. Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate customer information and follow up to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals. AT&T Team Member Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude. Organized with effective time management and attention to detail. Comfortable building relationships and communicating with customers. Motivated to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
