Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented FOH (Front of House) staff to join our team. The FOH staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. They will also be required to work in the bar area to make high-quality coffee and other beverages.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating customers Taking orders and providing menu recommendations Serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise Handling cash and credit card transactions Cleaning and maintaining the dining area, bar area, and equipment Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive and friendly attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of coffee and other beverages preferred Ability to work in the bar area to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages If you're interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
