Required Availability :
Weekends required; weekday and holiday availability a plus. We're seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic team member for RageScape and our axe throwing venue next door, Chopscape. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service, runs and resets our attractions, and helps create the experience our guests come for. This role involves hosting sessions, cleaning and resetting rooms and lanes, monitoring safety, and engaging directly with customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to create a welcoming environment Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system Run and facilitate rage room, paint splatter room, escape room, and axe throwing sessions Coach guests on axe throwing technique and enforce lane safety rules Clean, reset, and prepare all attraction areas between sessions Monitor sessions to ensure policies, safety rules, and guidelines are followed Provide guidance and answer questions during sessions to enhance the experience Promote and sell products, services, and packages Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with inventory, restocking, and overall facility cleanliness Provide clear information on services, promotions, and policies Qualifications Must be 18 years or older (required for safe operation of our equipment and tools) Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable leading and managing interactive customer experiences Basic math skills for accurate transactions Strong organizational skills to juggle cleaning, resetting, and guest interaction Professional phone etiquette Prior customer service or entertainment experience is a plus Bilingual or multilingual proficiency preferred
