Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give accurate change Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicing machines, ovens, and refrigeration units Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking special requests, and ensuring satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food handling within quick service or fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food industry procedures Ability to perform basic math quickly for cash handling and order calculations Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
