Our BOH (back of house) team member's goal is to enrich the lives of Pico Rivera! Our missing is to execute good work by providing safe and accurate food, quickly, in a clean environment by a happy and conscientious team. In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients, and we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchen several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be easy way, but it's the only way we know.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare, assemble and serve products to food stations Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders Stand for periods of up to 3.5 hrs in length Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance and professional dress Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, Steritech and Health Inspection Standards Assemble, clean, and maintain operating equipment: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill temperature gauges
What We Need:
18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Night Shifts and weekend availability Current and valid Food Handlers Certificate Work with a sense of urgency Positive and upbeat attitude Knowledgeable of food safety Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Coachable, team player, and personable attitude
