In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient order management, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. There will be cross-duties training. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all guest areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest needs promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in coffee shops, is preferred Proficiency with POS systems is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to build guest relations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
