We are looking to hire team members for our waterproofing, fiberglass pool resurfacing, and industrial coatings crews.

We specialize in:

Deck waterproofing systems Concrete polishing & decorative overlays Fiberglass pool resurfacing Epoxy flooring & garage floors No prior coatings experience required — but it is a major plus. Candidates with construction or hands-on labor experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn a specialized trade. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role with opportunities to grow into leadership positions for the right individuals. What You'll Do Load and unload materials and move materials in work areas Assist with installation of coatings and waterproofing systems Perform surface prep (grinding, cleaning, masking, etc.) Work on job sites across residential and commercial projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Construction or general labor experience preferred Coatings experience is a big plus (fiberglass resurfacing, waterproofing, epoxy, etc.) Strong work ethic and reliability. Punctuality is extremely important — must consistently show up on time and ready to work Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, working outdoors) Good attitude and willingness to learn Valid California driver's license with clean driving record What We Offer Full-time, steady work On-the-job training in specialized systems Opportunity for advancement into crew lead roles Competitive pay (based on experience)
