Redlands, CA Job Details Part-time $16.90 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Heavy lifting Quick service & fast food restaurant experience Packaging Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for energetic, reliable and customer-focused team members to join our fast-paced wing restaurant. We're looking for people who work well as part of a team, take pride in serving great food and can provide excellent customer service Responsibilities Greet Customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately at register, kiosk, phone and online. Prepare and cook wings, tenders, fries and other menu items according to restaurant standard Properly sauce, portion, package and present all orders Handle dine-in, takeout and delivery platform orders Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, front counter, dining area and workstations Follow all food safety, sanitation and proper food handling procedures Follow safety protocols by correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities and handling chemicals responsibly Restock products and supplies throughout the shift Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner and late night rushes Communicate with manager and team members to ensure orders are completed quickly and accurately Deliver a positive customer experience and help resolve customer concerns Follow all company recipes, procedures, portioning and quality standards Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely when moving supplies, or equipment as part of routine cleaning or setup Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance Experience Previous fast-food or restaurant experience is preferred but no required Must be dependable, punctual and have a positive attitude Ability in work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must maintain a clean and professional appearance Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties Must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend when needed Demonstrated reliability in maintaining cleanliness standards consistently in fast-paced environments What we're looking for We want team members who are fast, friendly, dependable and willing to learn.
