TOGO'S is looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking team members to join our team. We are currently hiring Sandwich Makers, Shift Leads, and Assistant Managers . We are looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, provide excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team. Sandwich Maker / Team Member Responsibilities include: Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to TOGO'S standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS/register Prepare and portion food ingredients Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently during busy periods

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Restaurant experience is preferred but not required Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team Shift Lead In addition to Team Member responsibilities, the Shift Lead will help supervise daily operations during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and support team members during shifts Ensure excellent customer service and food quality Assign duties and keep the team organized Handle customer concerns professionally Follow cash-handling and register procedures Ensure cleaning, food safety, and operational standards are followed Assist with opening and closing procedures Communicate operational issues to management

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus Dependable, responsible, and able to lead by example Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently when necessary Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and train team members Help manage daily restaurant operations Maintain TOGO'S food quality and customer service standards Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage Monitor labor, food preparation, inventory, and waste Handle cash and closing/opening procedures Resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company policies are followed Help create a positive, productive, and professional workplace Support the General Manager in achieving store goals

Qualifications:
