Voyager Management Group is seeking a Full-time Verizon Crew Member to drive customer acquisition and enrollment as the new partnership with Frontier Communications delivers unprecedented Wi-Fi reliability and total connectivity across the Inland Empire. As a Verizon Crew Member, you'll join a training program that helps you connect with people in a positive, meaningful way. You'll learn about the Verizon‑Frontier partnership and how to share its benefits with warmth and enthusiasm. After training, the Verizon Crew Member shows them how a better internet plan can fit their budget and lifestyle. Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Crew Member Engage customers in person by sharing how the Verizon and Frontier alliance represents a game-changing leap in internet and entertainment solutions. Help our customers personally see how the partnership's expanded network delivers faster, more reliable Wi-Fi to support all their online activities. Support customers by recommending plans that meet their needs and emphasizing the new service's simplicity and reliability. Use simple, relatable language to demonstrate how the collaboration provides faster, more reliable household connectivity, making online life easier. Guide customers to plans that enhance total connectivity, emphasizing the value of the partnership's expanded coverage. Build trust alongside Verizon Crew Members by explaining how the partnership ensures ongoing, dependable service that improves daily life. Qualities of the Verizon Crew Member Strong listener who uncovers needs and identifies relevant enrollment opportunities. Customer-focused while staying motivated by enrollment and performance goals. Persuasive without being pushy, keeping enrollment recommendations relevant and helpful. Proactive in developing customer connections and supporting customer enrollment growth. Resilient when handling questions, objections, or missed enrollment opportunities.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
