We are seeking a Warehouse Associate. Part-Time.

Reports to:

Warehouse Manager $17.75-$21/hour, depending on experience (higher pay potential for drivers) We're heading into our busy season and looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our catering warehouse team. You'll be the backbone of our events — packing equipment with precision, loading trucks safely, and helping bring events to life. If you like staying active, being part of a team, and don't mind early mornings, this could be a great fit. Schedule Part-time and full-time hours available; must be available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (some weekday shifts too) Flexible hours including evenings and holidays; early starts as early as 4 AM on busy days Some event days involve split shifts (early setup, later breakdown) What You'll Be Doing Pull and pack event orders accurately from packlists (BEOs) — equipment, smallwares, linens, and goods Inspect items for cleanliness, condition, and function before they leave the warehouse Load and unload trucks/trailers safely and efficiently; transport equipment, food, and beverages to and from events Set up and break down event equipment (tables, chairs, décor) and coordinate layouts with event staff Check in returning inventory: sort, count, restock, and report any missing or damaged items Keep the warehouse, dock, and work areas clean and organized; assist with inventory counts and minor repairs What We're Looking For 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, hospitality, or event rental (a plus, not required) Reliable, on time, and ready to jump in; strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment; able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Flexible with schedule — early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; willing to work split shifts when needed Driving Requirements (for driver-qualified candidates — higher pay) Valid CA driver's license with a clean record (no major violations in the past 3 years) Experience driving box trucks (14'-26'), cargo vans, or towing small trailers (10'). (Training available) Food Handler's Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate preferred Perks Family meal provided (most days) Stay active — this is not a desk job.
