Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of specialty sourdough breads, with demonstrated skill and experience expand into baking operations
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests or design specifications
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality and consistency standards
- Operate baking equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling special orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
