Weekends get busy, line-out-the-door busy, and the kitchen is a big part of why people stay. We need someone to own it on weekend mornings. What you'll do Open the kitchen at 7 and get prep done before doors open at 8 Build our sliders and sandwiches (turkey artichoke, fig jam prosciutto, plus whatever we add next) fast and exactly to spec Run the Merrychef speed oven through the weekend rush Keep the pastry case stocked and looking good Label, date and FIFO everything, and keep the kitchen clean enough for inspection Break down and set up the next shift by 2 You're probably a fit if You can be here at 7am Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every week. Honestly, that's most of the job. You've worked prep, line or a café kitchen before. Six months or more is great, and we'll train the rest. You stay calm when 20 tickets stack up You like things clean and labeled more than most people do You have a California Food Handler Card, or you'll get one within 30 days. We cover the cost.
