Duties Prepare delicious hot chicken and side dishes following established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Assist in food prep tasks like portioning ingredients, assembling orders, and managing inventory levels Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities with excellent time management skills Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafes, or retail food outlets is highly preferred Familiarity with
