Duties & Responsibilities The Art of the

Dip:

Scoop, soft-serve, and expertly dip cones, treats, and pastries into our signature chocolate dip line and coat them with custom toppings.

Guest Experience:

Greet customers warmly, explain the "Choose Your Dip & Topping" process, and deliver enthusiastic, fast-paced service.

Order & POS Management:

Efficiently operate modern POS touchscreens, process cash/card transactions accurately, and keep orders flowing during peak rush hours.

Prep & Quality Control:

Keep dipping stations topped off, maintain proper food temperatures, and prepare treats (waffles, donuts, milkshakes) according to exact brand standards.

Cleanliness & Sanitation:

Maintain a spotless storefront, clean dipping vats, sanitize counters/utensils, and strictly adhere to health code standards.

Teamwork & Energy:

Collaborate with teammates to keep store vibes fun, uplifting, and guest-focused during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), ice cream shops, or retail customer service is a plus (but we will happily train the right personality!). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an upbeat, welcoming attitude. Ability to learn menu dipping techniques and maintain quality control under fast-paced conditions.
