Team members should be comfortable:

Standing for 2 to 8 hours per shift Working independently and as part of a team Lifting, carrying, and stocking products weighing up to 50 pounds Preparing fresh lemonade, including our famous hand-stomping process Mixing batter using a wire whisk throughout the day Working around hot cooking equipment, food preparation tools, and cleaning supplies Frequently handling food products and guest transactions Keeping a clean and organized work environment And most importantly...
