As an Entry Level AT&T Crew Member, you'll represent AT&T Fiber's mission by making reliability the star of every conversation. The Entry Level AT&T Crew Member engages customers in person, emphasizing that AT&T Fiber's internet service delivers consistent speeds even during peak usage, so they never have to worry about connectivity again. Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Crew Member Represent AT&T Fiber by meeting customers in person and highlighting simple benefits like reliable Wi‑Fi and effortless streaming. Initiate approachable sales conversations in person that naturally lead to opportunities for customer acquisition. Deliver professional sales presentations in person that inspire confidence in customer decisions without technical jargon. Maintain steady sales activity through consistent outreach, follow‑up, and customer engagement. Build trust by offering straightforward sales explanations and ensuring customers are confident in their choices. Collaborate with Entry Level AT&T Crew Members to refine sales approaches and strengthen overall campaign results. Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Crew Member A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Strong interest in sales, telecommunications or customer service is a plus. Persistence in meeting and exceeding sales benchmarks through consistent outreach. Goal‑driven outlook with resilience in achieving daily and weekly performance results.
