Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and become the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional food service experiences by preparing delicious menu items, managing customer orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give correct change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food handling stations. Assist with food safety management by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Support food industry standards by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
