OS Business Concepts California is expanding our AT&T wireless team and is looking for a motivated AT&T Team Member to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a career in sales and customer support. In this role, you'll help customers understand AT&T wireless plans and options, guiding them toward the services that best fit their needs. No prior experience is required, training is provided. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll work with customers interested in AT&T services and help address any account questions along the way. AT&T Team Member:

Work directly with customers to explain AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity options Help customers compare AT&T wireless plans and bundles Support account updates and service changes Provide clear, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate customer notes and basic sales tracking Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and performance
