We are seeking experienced catering, pop-up, and hospitality professionals who can work with urgency, professionalism, and initiative in a fast-paced chef-led environment.

Applicants must be able to:

• Move quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Anticipate needs without constant supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events and pop-ups
• Assist with setup, breakdown, food service, and production
• Work as part of a highly coordinated team
• Stay productive at all times during shifts
• Adapt to fast-paced catering events and high-volume pop-up environments This position is best suited for individuals with prior experience in:
• Catering
• Pop-up food service
• Banquet service
• Restaurant operations
• Event production
• High-volume food service We are not looking for individuals who stand around waiting to be told what to do.

Initiative, awareness, urgency, and strong work ethic are required. Weekend availability is required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift/carry catering equipment and supplies.
