• Starting at $17/hour + tips ## About Us Karma Kreamery is a new ice cream shop in Tracy bringing Afghan, Desi, and Middle Eastern-inspired flavors to the neighborhood — think rose, cardamom, saffron, kulfi, pistachio, and our signature Haft Mewa.

We're not just serving scoops, we're sharing stories and culture one cone at a time. ## What We're Looking For We need friendly, energetic people who genuinely love talking to customers. Ice cream experience is a bonus, but personality comes first. If you can make a stranger smile in under 30 seconds, we want to meet you.

• You'll be great at this job if you:
• Love striking up conversations and making people feel welcome
• Stay upbeat even during a rush
• Are curious about new flavors and enjoy explaining them to first-timers
• Show up on time and work well as part of a small team
• Can stand for a shift and handle a fast-paced counter environment ## Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers with warmth and energy
• Scoop and prepare orders accurately (cones, cups, sundaes, shakes)
• Share flavor stories and recommendations with curious customers
• Keep the counter, cases, and dining area clean and inviting
• Handle POS transactions and cash handling
• Restock and help with light prep as needed ## Requirements
• Must be 16+ (varies by state/local law)
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Food handler's card required (or willingness to obtain one before start date)
• No experience necessary — we'll train you on the scoop, we just need the smile ## What We Offer
