Front of House Team Member/Busser Malatown LLC Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food safety protocols. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all front-of-house areas. Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Uphold retail math skills to manage cash handling effectively. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or grocery store industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Culinary experience is a plus but not required. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus but not required.
