Job Summary As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks including answering phone calls, placing orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area. Your ability to manage time efficiently and engage with customers will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Starting pay is $17/hour plus tips. This position is part-time with potential to be full-time once trained. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service to enhance their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately using Spot On POS system. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining excellent customer service across all delivery platforms (Doordash, Slice, GrubHub, UberEats, etc.) Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations while handling food products. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or food restaurant is prefered but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial. Experience with POS systems, such as SpotOn, is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for cash handling and applications are essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is required.
