Basic labor tasks Report to Client Manager Be able to lift 50lbs Work on ladders as required for job tasks Demonstrate the ability to work on a team and receive direction from senior staff members Support Client Managers in performing any/all necessary tasks related to client homes Perform arrival preparations per specific home checklist Understand essential home systems and functionality Perform departure tasks per specific home checklist Perform seasonal tasks, including shoveling/blowing snow as required, gutter cleaning, hardscape cleaning and sealing Move household items to/from office or to storage as required, utilizing trucks, trailers and proper tie-down methods Discard materials from homes to landfill when required Drive vehicles to/from airport or service facilities as required Clean driving record is required Meet and supervise subcontractors and service providers as required Inform manager and/or supervisor of home inventory needs
