Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy at all times. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment regularly. Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to sanitation guidelines. Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains welcoming and organized. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in the food industry, café settings, or grocery stores is advantageous but not mandatory.
